Hey, I’m Yan.
I’m an AI engineer and DevOps person based in Bangkok. I build LLM-powered systems for production — chatbots, multi-agent architectures, tool-calling pipelines. My academic background is in Knowledge Engineering (AI, ML, Computer Vision), and I’ve been shipping AI features since early 2024.
By day I work on cloud infrastructure and AI systems. By night I’m probably tinkering with my homelab or wandering Bangkok streets with a camera.
What I’m Into
AI & LLMs — I’m deep into context engineering, multi-agent systems, and making small models punch above their weight. I recently rebuilt a production chatbot from a single-agent architecture to a multi-agent system and wrote about what I learned.
Homelab — I run a Franken-lab — Raspberry Pis, an N100 mini PC on Proxmox, self-hosted media stack, Pi-hole, Tailscale VPN. I like understanding infrastructure from the metal up.
Photography — Street photography with a FUJIFILM X-T10. Bangkok is endless material. Here’s me getting lost in MBK.
DevOps — Ansible playbooks, Docker, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, cloud architecture. I automate things because I’m lazy in the good way. I even wrote a v2ray VPN setup guide in Burmese back in 2022.
